Furr-Baby Gifts - Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Purchase, acceptance, or use of a Furr‑Baby Gifts Gift Card means you agree to the following terms.

1. General Terms

Furr‑Baby Gifts Gift Cards are issued by financialfreedom LLC (Furr‑Baby Gifts). Use of Gift Cards is subject to our Terms of Service: https://furrbabygifts.com/pages/terms-of-service.

Gift Cards include physical cards, digital cards, and eGift Cards. We may update these terms at any time.

2. Redemption

Gift Cards can be used for merchandise and services at furrbabygifts.com by customers in the contiguous United States.

Gift Cards:

  • Cannot be purchased with coupons or promotions

  • Cannot be used to buy other gift cards

  • Are limited to one Gift Card per order

  • Do not expire (except promotional cards with printed expiration dates)

  • Have no fees

  • Are not redeemable for cash unless required by law

  • Cannot be transferred between customer accounts

If your purchase exceeds your Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.

3. Purchase Limits

  • Maximum value per Gift Card: $100

  • Maximum total Gift Card purchases per person per day: $1,000

  • Unused Gift Cards cannot be transferred

  • Refunds for items purchased with a Gift Card will be issued back to a Gift Card

Gift Cards may be used as personal or business gifts but cannot be reloaded, resold, or used for marketing or promotional activities.

4. Checking Your Balance

You can view your Gift Card balance by:

  1. Logging into your account at furrbabygifts.com

  2. Calling Customer Service at (612) 314‑3655‬

5. Returns

Gift Cards cannot be returned or cancelled after activation.

If you received a promotional Gift Card and later return the qualifying purchase, we may cancel the promotional Gift Card or deduct its value from your refund.

6. Lost or Stolen Cards

If you suspect your Gift Card was copied or stolen, contact (612) 314‑3655‬ immediately.

Gift Cards will not be replaced without proof of purchase. Only the remaining balance can be reissued. Promotional Gift Cards cannot be replaced.

7. Privacy

Personal information provided when purchasing or using a Gift Card is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk transfer to the purchaser once the Gift Card is emailed to the recipient. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected Gift Cards due to incorrect email addresses.

10. Delivery Issues

If your Gift Card was not received:

11. Failed Delivery – Common Causes

  • Invalid email address

12. Limitation of Liability

Gift Cards are provided without warranties, express or implied. If a Gift Card code is non‑functional, our sole obligation is to replace the card.

Some states do not allow certain limitations; additional rights may apply.

13. Misuse

Gift Cards may not be used in any fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful manner. We may void Gift Cards, suspend accounts, cancel orders, or require alternative payment if misuse is suspected.

14. Governing Law

These Gift Card Terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota. Disputes are handled under the arbitration agreement in our Terms of Service.
