Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your item. To cancel, email us at support@furrbabygifts.com.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive your returned item, using the same payment method used at checkout.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. Refunds cannot be issued without receiving the item or proof of delivery.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
